How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Wox Collections. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt.

Refunds & Return Address

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at ask@thewoxstore.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange your item. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. Return address will be sent to your email after we get a request for return items. Return address is provided based on your country or location. Kindly note that return charges will be borne by the customer.

Processing & Shipping Time

We process every order as soon as possible. Orders might arrive sooner than speculated time. Processing time is stricty based on the item being purchased. Each item has its processing time and may influence the shipping time.
 

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Production time may take: 5-7 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
     

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
     

Shipping Rates may change overtime. Shipping rates are determined by the courier shipping your item or the courier available to delivery your order. We work closely with the courier companies to offer the best price possoble.

  • Standard Shipping: $5 - $10

  • Expedited Shipping: $15 - $25
     

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
